As title says, i wanted to know if this can impact my opportunity with future employer.
Reason is because my current management gave a very late resingnation letter acceptance and gave me last working date with the company and it turns out it 2 weeks later than my new employer start date. When i got the new offer previously i just gave out the estimated start date with the new company and already signed the offer.
