as a manager or senior, would you get annoyed when a fresh grad dm ing you on linkedin asking if theres a vacancy in your team? i really want to get into my dream role and they never open up like ever since i graduated up until now theres never a job opening on the roles i want so im thinking maybe they get in by mouth to mouth or connections. the role i want is in the upstream oil and gas. (im an engineer)
