Medical card insurance - which company actually good one nowadays?

Been researching medical cards for a while and honestly the more i read the more confused I get. Every company got both loyal fans and horror stories online.

I’ve been looking at big names (AIA, Prudential, GE) but the feedback is always mixed. Its either people swear by them, say claims got rejected or process was a nightmare.

Online sifus got advice or not in terms of:

  • Claim approval — straightforward or always kena fight?
  • Panel hospital coverage — good network or limited?
  • Rider/plan value — decent coverage without crazy premium hikes every year?
  • Agent support — actually helpful during claims or MIA when you need them?

I know a lot of it comes down to the agent and the specific plan, but surely some companies are just better operationally than others when it comes to honouring claims.

Budget wise I’m open, just want something reliable that won’t give me headaches when I actually need to use it.

Anyone moved from AIA/GE to another company and found it better? Or stayed and happy with them? Tq bosses :folded_hands:
