Trying to decide if it’s better for me to rent out my place/rent elsewhere or move in (KL area).
Moving in means a good chunk of my income goes to my mortgage. If I rent it out and rent elsewhere to live then I get more cashflow. But also trying to get a sense of how much Malaysians spend on their mortgage/rent.
Please do not provide answers like “you should spend 25%-30%” on your mortgage. I am highly aware of this.
