i understand if they bought the house full. 100% of the rent goes to them. no need to pay bank.
but if it’s a loan the monthly pay to the bank is at least 1k+ right? If the rent it 1k+ how do landlords make profit?
I’m asking this because I’m finding ways to invest my money in the future. I have a few things already in mind, ASB, ETFs, EPF. but owning property and renting out seems like a good way to make money as well.
would buying property through loan with 150k be worth it is it a smart first time investment?
