Bit of a rant here today, folks.
I really like Farm Fresh as a brand and consume a lot of their products, mostly their fresh milk. Sometimes (maybe 1-2 times a year) I’ll get a bad batch which spoils within a few days of opening. This is ok for me since I understand fresh milk is prone to these issues. Before this, I would email them and they would ask for some information (purchase date, location etc) and apologise and send over a refund.
I received a bad batch this time but when I emailed them, they directed me to their new Customer Service Careline. I submitted my ticket and a representative reached out to me via Whatsapp.
The response I received was pretty disappointing. Not only did they not accept responsibility, but they also took the time to patronise me by EnLiGhTeNiNg me on the nature of fesh dairy products. Thanks I guess.
Anyway, won’t be buying from them anytime soon. What’s everybody’s favourite dairy product brand? Would prefer Malaysian brands, but willing to try others if the price is right.
