Some context, currently 33M (sole bread winner) with one kid. I’m serving as deputy manager. I’ve been in this job for around 2 years. My current CTC is currently near to 5figures
Question: i got few headhunters sharing their opening, if you’re in my shoes, will you stay in your current post or try out these opening? I’m planning to try and ask for 30-40% increment so that i can hit 5figures in net salary.
I’m happy where i am atm. Job good, bosses is great. All my work are noticed and appreciated. Yearly increment is also good around with average of 7%. From my last job to current date, manage to increase my salary around 98%.
Just my random thoughts, would be great if i get some opinion from others. JFMI.
