All my life I have been saving and investing in ASM when possible. I have just started to learn about ETF last weekend. Can you please tell me if my understanding is correct.
So basically there are US ETFs (VOO, IVV, QQQ) and Ireland domiciled ETFs (CSPX, SPYL, VUAA). On the surface I should just invest in the Ireland ETFs as there is less withholding tax than US ETFs right?(15% as opposed to 30%).
And what are the differences between the ETFs like CSPX, and SPYL. What would I be benefiting if I invested in SPYL instead of CSPX? Does fractional share affect anything besides the whole share itself?
